About Malliks Aerial Arts And Dance Academy
Training in aerial arts does not require prior circus experience, so we coach people from basic levels.
Studio Floor Setup
Floor space stays active through daylight and late evening. Learners come from nearby Seawoods pockets to practice aerial silk and floor routines under direct physical supervision.
What Happens In Sessions?
Beginners often mistake suspended training for arm strength alone, but safe practice centers on core grip work.
- Floor conditioning and warm-ups
- Guided practice on suspended silk setups
- Routine choreography for dancers
Daily studio time focuses on posture correction. Instructors break down weight transitions on silks slowly so trainees build balance without rushing through basic holds.
