About Piu's Art Class
Struggling to find structured drawing guidance locally? We teach practical sketch work and basic painting techniques directly.
Studio Drawing Practice
Quiet tables, focused learners, and jars of clean brushes. Students start with line weight control and hand-eye coordination before handling colour mixing on cartridge paper.
Drawing Fundamentals
Sessions cover steady drawing routines adapted to individual stages:
- Pencil grip correction and basic contouring
- Working with proportions using reference objects
- Water and poster colour handling
- Neat finishing on dry paper
Which Mediums First?
Beginners handle dry graphite first to build steady line confidence. Wet media follows once proportions remain accurate without heavy erasing. Work proceeds systematically without rush.
