Preparing for your visit

Sessions focus on resolving feeding challenges through practical guidance. You should arrive wearing comfortable clothing like a shirt or saree. Please bring the baby and your spouse to the appointment. If you have multiple infants, ensure all are present.

Items to carry

• A tablespoon and a small bowl
• A paladai
• A 2.5ml disposable syringe or dropper
• A clean cloth and a bag for soiled diapers

Aligning your schedule

Timing matters. Sync your baby’s feeding routine with the appointment and give them a quick sponge bath beforehand. Write down your questions ahead of time so we can cover everything during our meeting.
