About the role
The Indian Air Force has opened registrations for the Agniveervayu Intake 01/2027 under the Agnipath scheme, inviting unmarried male and female candidates to fill an estimated 3,500 vacancies across technical and non-technical branches. Upon completing the term, Agniveers receive an income-tax-exempt Seva Nidhi corpus of approximately Rs. 10.04 lakhs plus accrued interest. Up to 25 percent of each batch may be enrolled into the regular cadre based on organisational requirements and individual merit.
