About The Artist Shelf
Pedda Waltair is where we teach basic sketching, colour work, and practical drawing skills to neighbourhood learners.
What happens during sessions
Pencil control comes first. Learners practice lines, shading tones, and simple still-life shapes right from their very first week.
- Line work exercises
- Pencil shading basics
- Colouring techniques
Practical studio guidance
Beginners often struggle with steady outlines. We spend time correcting hand posture and pencil grip so that students build genuine confidence on paper over time without picking up bad habits.
Classes suit school students along with adults who want steady guided practice. Call ahead to verify seat availability before dropping by.
