Daily batches are prepared right before opening, keeping puris crunchy rather than soggy. Fresh herbs and clean water go into each batch of teekha and meetha pani for our neighborhood visitors. We prepare each plate right in front of you so you get that fresh crisp bite every time. Note that our counter reopens on June 21, 2026.
