Roots Abacus Learning School- Kancherpalem, Visakhapatnam

Practicing mental arithmetic

Students sit with individual abacus instruments during class. They run through timed sums every day, shifting small beads to carry out addition and subtraction without calculators. Moving beads by hand helps them build speed step by step.

• Bead movement drills
• Timed mental math exercises
• Arithmetic calculation practice

Building daily habits

Regular practice matters most. Parents need to ensure children sit for daily practice at home alongside attending sessions in Kancharapalem. The learning system relies on steady repetition rather than rushed study before tests. Progress is gradual.
