Career Guidance at CBM Compound

Engineering graduates and working technicians form most of our visitors. Our advisors review credentials, align technical backgrounds with industry roles, and discuss realistic qualification paths.

What happens during sessions?

Discussions stay grounded in current industry needs rather than vague aspirations.

• Evaluation of existing academic transcripts and technical skills
• Assessment of employment markets and higher study routes
• Clear plans for professional certifications and work transitions

Visitors should bring academic marksheets and an updated resume to help us assess options directly. Focused career evaluation clarifies the next step.
