TEAM FORCE ARCHERY ACADEMY (TFIS)

Training on the shooting line

Students start on the practice range in UKT Malai under regular supervision. Bow stance, anchor consistency, and release mechanics form the daily routine.

• Bow grip stabilization
• Target alignment checks
• Physical conditioning for defence aspirants

What happens during sessions?

Shooters cycle through deliberate end rounds to build upper-back endurance. Coaches monitor draw lengths before candidates attempt distance targets. Progress depends directly on practice volume, so steady shooting technique stays central each week. You bring your own water and exercise shoes.
