Rural Self Employment Training Institute

Classroom and workshop setup

Candidates sit together across practical worktables rather than listening to lectures all day. You find young adults and older job seekers learning alongside each other.

Practical vocational routines

Instructors demonstrate basic trades, repair work, and product making directly by hand. Hands-on trade instruction gives people the direct confidence needed to handle small local businesses, service calls, or rural trades without waiting for corporate hiring drives.

• Daily workshop tasks
• Guidance for independent trade start-ups
• Direct trainer supervision
