About Nirvana Yoga - BODHISATVA VIJNANA KENDRAM
Teaching traditional yogic techniques requires disciplined study, which we conduct through structured teacher training batches daily.

Teacher Certification Curriculum
Trainees spend supervised hours practicing verbal cues and physical adjustments for mixed-ability groups. Regular practical assessments test student readiness before teaching independently. Understanding theory pairs directly with hands-on posture refinement, building grounded instructional confidence without shortcuts or rushed modules.
