About KSST Museum & Priyadarsini Planetarium
Opening the night sky to curious school groups and families across Thiruvananthapuram drives our daily work.
Astronomy and interactive science exhibits at PMG
Students sit under the curved projection dome while demonstrators explain planetary motion and orbital mechanics. The museum galleries stand just beside it.
- Shows explain basic astronomy and planetary movements
- Indoor exhibit halls demonstrate physical science principles
- Dedicated outdoor spaces accommodate arriving student groups
Visitors walk through working mechanical models after watching the central sky projection, connecting textbook physics directly to observable real-world mechanics without unnecessary complications.
What can visitors explore?
Displays cover basic electronics, motion, and light. Plan your route between the planetarium show and the outdoor demonstration yard.
