About KaChaTaThaPa Art Gallery by N Bhattathiri
Running regular drawing sessions alongside gallery displays, we teach core sketch techniques and Malayalam calligraphy fundamentals.
Learning lines and letters
Daily studio time centres on practical drawing exercises and letterform studies under direct guidance. Students work through step-by-step methods rather than copying finished pictures. It suits quiet practice.
- Hands-on instruction in pencil work and ink strokes
- Dedicated practice in Malayalam calligraphy and letter design
- Regular studio space for self-paced drawing practice
Preparing for classes
Bring your own basic paper pads and drawing pens to get started right away. The gallery space stays relatively quiet during teaching hours, though phone confirmation before your first visit helps ensure a workspace is ready for you. That focused drawing practice requires steady attendance each week.
