About The hope x Sanjay Dance Studio
Our studio runs routine floor drills, choreography sessions and foundational dance training for local learners in Diva.
What happens during training?
Classes focus on count-matching, body balance and footwork routines. Regular warm-ups open each session before stepping into set routines.
- Breakdowns of specific steps
- Practice runs on rhythm and tempo
- Corrective feedback on body posture
Studio practice routine
Daily studio time centres on practical drill repetitions, though newcomers should note that building muscle memory requires turning up consistently each week for practice. Consistent session attendance ensures steady progress without rushing basic technique. Students must carry their own water bottles and wear flexible movement clothes.
