About Heyday Montessori Preschool
Early learning is rarely about rote memorisation; we give toddlers time to figure out practical tasks independently.
No rush, no desk rows. Rooms have floor mats, reachable shelves, and materials children handle on their own terms. Teachers guide without hovering over each child.
Daily Classroom Work
Daily routines centre on self-directed activities that build practical independence.
- Sorting, counting, and sensory tools kept at child height
- Quiet corners for independent reading and self-paced tasks
- Group interactions focused on conversation rather than passive listening
- Self-directed learning guided gently through small milestones
