About Tricity Football Academy
Parents across Mohali bring young players to us for structured grassroots football training and regular physical conditioning.
Pitch Training
Daily drills run on pitch. Youngsters learn fundamental footwork, passing accuracy, basic positional awareness, and ball control during weekday late-afternoon sessions.
- Regular ball-handling drills
- Tactical positioning practice
- Guided match play
Ground Basics
Hard training demands consistency. Players need standard boots, shin guards, and proper kit before stepping out to run with the group. Coaching focuses on steady technical progress rather than quick competition shortcuts. Sessions wrap before dark, so attendance requires punctual drop-offs on weekdays.
