About Neel Yog
Yes, our daily floor routines here in Devendra Nagar adapt directly to your current joint mobility.
Postural Alignment Work
Practicing postures correctly prevents strain. Most students struggle with tight hamstrings or stiff lower backs during floor work.
- Standing balance adjustments
- Guided breathing patterns
- Core stabilization sequences
Daily Movement Practice
Morning and evening batches give your spine regular movement without pushing joints past their safe thresholds across standard multi-week training plans. We emphasize consistent joint decompression throughout every seated posture. Progress stays steady. No sudden jerky stretches are permitted on the mats.
