About Arogya Asana
Sitting at a desk all day stiffens the back, so we guide regular yoga sessions for working neighbours.
Daily Practice
Civil Lines residents drop by for physical posture routines that ease tight joints. Small batches keep things quiet.
- Mat posture training
- Gentle breath routines
- Guided joint looseners
Need Guidance?
Beginners often struggle with tight muscles on day one. Our instructors pace daily floor movements deliberately so newcomers do not overstretch, while regulars work quietly on their personal endurance and core balance alongside them. Ring the desk first to pick an open slot.
