About The cake 11
Baking daily orders for Hinjawadi locals. We prepare fresh sponges, slice pastries, and pull hot espresso shots.
Sponge and crust prep
Fresh bakes each morning. Sponge bases get levelled, syrup soaked, and chilled before piping so every layer holds straight.
- Daily batch mixing with measured butter, flour, and cocoa
- Cream frosting whipped right before the assembly runs
- Hot espresso and brew options set beside counter sweets
Counter counter pickups
Walk up, pick from the glass display, or wait briefly while staff boxed items get tied up. Orders move out quickly for nearby office crowds.
