About Flames Gymnastics Club
Yes, our floor mats and apparatus training run throughout the week right here in Kharadi.
What happens during training sessions?
Coaches focus on fundamentals before anyone tries complex moves. Children learn balance, tumbling drills and grip techniques in organized batches.
- Ground tumbling and posture drills
- Basic balance apparatus sessions
- Warm-ups tailored to young learners
Practical routine inside the hall
Batches are split by experience levels, so beginners do not feel rushed into difficult routines. Safety remains the main priority while practicing vault and mat jumps. Parents wait outside during intense routines to keep the hall clear for movement.
