About The Weight Date
Most people assume teacher training means memorising dry theory books, but we focus on actual classroom practice.
What happens during sessions?
Instructors and future teachers sit together in our Civil Lines space, working through actual school lesson situations rather than just listening to lectures.
- Lesson structuring
- Black-board handling
- Student assessment basics
Preparing for real classrooms
Teaching demands patience and clear speech. During daily practice runs, candidates present actual subjects in front of their peers, which helps them fix awkward speech habits and handle sudden disruptions before facing a room full of energetic school children. We keep the groups small so everyone speaks up.
