About Spice Roots
Serving hot meals daily in Bankman Colony, we run our kitchen for straightforward dining in Patna.
Handling meal service
Tables set daily for neighbourhood diners. Kitchen staff run prep cycles right before the lunch crowd shows up. Sauces get simmered in batches, grills stay busy, and floor staff manage plate turnover without rushing diners out.
What reaches your table
- Freshly prepared regional curries
- Tandoor breads baked to order
- Simple non-vegetarian gravies
Orders move directly from pan to counter. Service focuses on getting spices balanced properly rather than relying on heavy pre-made bases. Direct kitchen preparation keeps tastes distinct. Call ahead if dining in large groups.
