Samatra BKS Iyengar Yogashala Tricity

What happens in a session?

Classes focus heavily on posture adjustments rather than fast sequences. Instructors guide you through standing poses, twists and inversions with careful attention to placement.

• Dedicated use of yoga props like blocks and ropes
• Detailed posture corrections tailored to physical stiffness
• Guided breathing integrated with physical alignment

Practical information for attendance

Sessions take place in Budanpur. You can reach out by phone or check details through our website before visiting. Morning batches run on weekdays, so plan your routine around those early hours. Wear simple, stretchable clothes that allow instructors to see joint alignment clearly. Mats are used throughout.
