About Yoga Fettle Journey (School of Yoga)
Desk workers and older residents join us to build daily mobility through deliberate physical postures and breath drills.
Practicing on the mat
Floor mats stay spread out with enough clearance for full arm extensions. Instructors walk the room instead of staying on a stage, checking hand placements and spine alignment during each cycle. Many who join arrive with stiff lower backs or tight hamstrings.
What happens during sessions?
- Adjusting joint angles during standing balance postures
- Paced nasal breathing timed with slow spinal bends
- Holding resting postures using foam blocks for support
Call ahead to register before attending your first morning class. Bring a clean personal towel.

Reviews & ratings
Visitors value the steady pace and direct postural feedback during floor practice, though late evening batches sometimes get crowded enough to limit floor spacing.
