Building rhythm through group movement

Hardwood flooring provides steady shock absorption during fast footwork. We focus on clear counts and manageable choreographies suited for everyday fitness.

• Latin dance steps integrated with basic aerobic conditioning
• Routine pacing adjusted across active class hours
• Open floor format allowing enough room for lateral steps

Tracking stamina and physical coordination

Instructors pace transitions between tracks to keep the heart rate up without straining the joints. Steady interval training forms the core structure of each batch, letting members work on endurance and agility without needing specialised gear.
