Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre organised an awareness programme under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, jointly conducted by the Departments of Psychiatry and Community Medicine, along with Ananta College of Nursing. The programme focused on raising awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse, promoting a healthy and addiction-free lifestyle, and encouraging students and the community to contribute towards a Nasha Mukt Bharat. With enthusiastic participation from faculty members, medical and nursing students, and staff, the initiative highlighted the importance of prevention, early intervention, counselling and community participation in combating substance abuse.
