About VTIMDA - V Trance in motion arts academy
Most people think learning dance requires natural talent. We teach students from scratch in Hebbal with patience and steady practice.
Studio dance training
Footwork first. Then rhythm, posture, and coordination step by step. Our academy runs daily sessions for beginners who want to build stamina and confidence without unnecessary pressure.
- Basic movement drills
- Routine choreography
- Group practice sessions
Practical routine
Expect sweat, regular repetition, and gradual progress. Classes run strictly by batches, so arriving ten minutes early helps settle in. Wear loose track pants and carry your own water bottle to every class. Regular attendance matters most for muscle memory. You do not need previous stage experience to begin.
