About KALATHRI DANCE ACADEMY
Teaching rhythm, posture, and traditional movement to young learners and adults across our neighbourhood is what we do daily.
Learning steps and rhythm together
Practising steps daily builds balance and confidence on the floor. Beginners spend time learning footwork, hand gestures, and rhythm counts before moving on to longer sequences.
- Basic footwork drills for steady balance
- Rhythm counting to match traditional tempos
- Posture training using structured floor exercises
- Routine practice sessions every week
Stepping into regular class sessions
Our studio space gives learners enough room to move freely during group rehearsals and personal practice drills. You work closely with the instructor to refine your timing. Consistency remains the key to steady improvement over time.
