About Dance 2 Da Beat
Yes, our batches run for different skill levels right here in our Santacruz East studio space.
What happens inside the studio sessions?
Students start with floor stretches before moving on to rhythm timing and footwork drills.
- Step breakdown done at slower tempo
- Mirror practice for posture alignment
- Routine combinations chained together
Practical routine notes
Instructors demonstrate each set repeatedly until the class catches the count. You gradually piece 8-count movement blocks into a full track sequence while keeping correct posture, bounce control, and stage presence across the floor. Dress comfortably in track pants or tights and carry regular training sneakers for grip. Reach five minutes prior to your allocated slot.
