Groundstroke and footwork training

Most beginners focus on hitting hard before they learn body balance. Our training breaks down the split step, racket preparation, baseline rallying and proper follow-through mechanics so players develop clean contact without straining their wrists.

Practical court routines

• Grip adjustments for forehand and backhand control
• Movement drills across the baseline and net
• Regular serving technique and match point practice

Sessions fit schoolchildren starting out as well as older players returning to sport. We keep group sizes manageable so everyone gets court time. Bring your own tennis shoes. Proper rubber-soled court shoes protect your ankles on hard ground. Water bottles are required during warm weather sessions.
