About Sketchiography
Pencils, paper, and steady practice. We run daily drawing lessons for local learners right here on Abu Lane.
Learning line by line
Quiet studio work. Students sit with easels or drawing boards, practising fundamental hand control and shading. We work directly with every person who walks in, checking their grip and posture before moving to complex sketches.
What happens during sessions?
- Regular pencil grading and paper selection practice
- Object studies focusing on shadows and clean contours
- Guided corrections given directly on your practice sheet
Progress takes patience. Beginners usually start with basic shapes, moving slowly toward detailed still life once their line confidence improves. You can call ahead to check current batch space before dropping by.
