About Yekkur Open Playground
Children and neighbourhood youths run around our grounds daily for sports matches and outdoor exercise.
Using the open grounds
Neighbourhood families, local school students and casual sports enthusiasts gather across the open field throughout the week.
- Space for casual cricket and football kickabouts
- Open outdoor fitness workouts and warm-up running
- Unpaved tracks for basic agility drills
Need to plan a visit?
Anyone drops by for informal practice games without prior formalities. The unpaved layout lets players set up temporary wickets or goal markers quickly. Morning hours bring light breezes and fewer crowds. Wear sturdy footwear because the open turf has uneven soil patches in several areas.
Direct contact by phone helps check current ground availability if you plan group play.
