Train for recruitment physical trials

Physical standards for police and uniform branch vacancies require calculated progression rather than random ground runs. Our routine focuses on running pacing, obstacle handling, and core conditioning suited to state and central physical tests.

• Track endurance drills for timed runs
• Long jump and high jump practice
• Sprint interval workouts

Plan your routine

Candidates preparing for upcoming recruitment exams need consistent outdoor work alongside their written study timetable. Evening ground sessions match the strict timing limits of official physical fitness tests set by government screening boards. Come with basic running shoes.
