About Dragon Bhangra Academy
Yes, our daily sessions focus strictly on authentic Punjabi folk moves, stamina building, and traditional boliyan rhythm.
Bhangra training sessions
Footwork comes first here. Beginners pick up the foundational chaal, dhamaal, and faslaan steps before speeding up to faster dhol tempos. We break complex routines into basic counts so learners do not get overwhelmed during practice.
Anyone can join. The batches fit school kids, college students preparing for youth festivals, and adults wanting a high-energy fitness routine.
Batch setup details

Dress comfortably in loose tracks. Bring a personal water bottle to every class, because the cardio work gets intense quickly.
