About Narayan Sangeet Gurukul
Teaching starts right from voice culture and fundamental swara practice before we move students into complete ragas.
Vocal Training Practice
Daily riyaz forms the backbone of classical learning here. We work through basic alankars, pitch stabilization, and breath control across different octaves.
Beginners often struggle with steady pitch maintenance. Regular listening exercises and structured scale drills help fix those early pitching errors.
Classroom Setup
Sessions run in small batches to give each learner individual correction.
- Dedicated swara alignment drills with tanpura accompaniment
- Raga bandish memorisation alongside rhythm counting
- Basic taal introduction covering teentaal and dadra
Learning suits both school students preparing for exams and working adults pursuing music as a serious personal discipline.
