Kyokushin Training in Bidhannagar

Daily routines often lack physical conditioning and genuine self-defence practice. Instruction focuses on stance, body hardening, core forms, and full-contact sparring drills built for practical application.

• Kihon fundamentals covering blocks, strikes, and baseline stances
• Kata patterns practiced for balance, posture, and muscle memory
• Supervised Kumite contact rounds testing endurance and tactical movement

Sessions run on set weekday evenings. Beginners start with bodyweight drills before advancing to pad work. Space inside the dojo is dedicated purely to mat training, so arriving changed saves time. Parents can observe from the sidelines.
