About Peddro's Salsateca
Finding structured partner dance training locally takes patience, so we break salsa down step by step for everyday movers.
Dance Floor Training
Footwork matters first. Learners spend time grasping timing, weight transfer, and core posture before moving into partnered turns and combinations.
- Basic counts and rhythm coordination
- Partner connection and lead-follow signals
- Footwork drills for social dancing
Studio Practice Details
Sessions fit working professionals and college students stepping onto a dance floor for the first time. You do not need a fixed partner to join group sessions. Wear flat shoes or flexible trainers with smooth soles. Arrive ten minutes early to warm up your ankles and stretch. Partner connection techniques form the core of daily drills.
