About Genio Abacus Kankurgachi
Children do not just memorize arithmetic tables here; we train them to calculate using mental beads.
Teaching mental math by touch
Desks fill up with young learners holding small wooden frames. Instructors sit close by, watching how fingers move across the beads before kids switch to solving arithmetic problems entirely in their heads without paper or pens.
What happens during training?
- Bead counting drills for basic arithmetic
- Timed mental math sheets done without physical tools
- Step-by-step finger techniques for calculation speed
Parents usually drop children off for weekly sessions in Kankurgachi. You can track progress directly through practice workbooks kept after each class.
