About Calcutta School of Contemporary Photography
Framing street light or figuring out camera settings. We teach photography through actual practice across Salt Lake.
Practical Learning
Quiet discussions over photo prints fill our rooms. Classes focus heavily on developing an eye rather than just memorising camera manuals.
- Outdoor photography walks
- Group critiques of raw shots
- Practical camera handling
Daily Routine
Students spend long hours reviewing assignments and debating composition ideas. It gets noisy during review sessions, though practical field trips keep everyone grounded. Most practice happens out on foot where light shifts fast. Bring your own gear if you already own some.
