About My fitness place
Most assume physical training is just exercise, but we prepare people to teach it properly to others.
Practical instructor coaching
Teaching fitness requires understanding body movement, posture correction and how to guide learners safely.
- Structured physical instruction methods
- Classroom theory alongside movement drills
- Direct guidance for future instructors
Our training matches individuals aiming to take up teaching roles in regional gyms or local community spaces. Kalamba residents can easily reach our centre for regular weekday sessions without travelling deep into the city. Limited-period seasonal offers run through early July 2026 for new admissions joining our batches.
