About Kapiberry Coffee Academy- Training Barista of Tomorrow
Our Kakkanad training space teaches practical coffee brewing and espresso handling directly to aspiring local baristas.
Learning on commercial gear
Students come here to understand bean extraction, milk steaming techniques, and daily machine maintenance. The counter gets busy quickly.
- Manual pourover methods and espresso pulling
- Milk frothing and basic latte pouring
- Machine cleaning routines
What happens during sessions?
Expect continuous floor practice rather than desk lectures. Working directly on commercial espresso stations alongside working trainers gives learners sufficient muscle memory before stepping into real cafe shifts across Kerala. Bring a notebook. Ask questions directly during live machine time. Phone slots work best for enrolling.
