Caterpillarz Teacher Training Academy

What happens during training sessions?

Trainees work through core instructional methodologies, lesson planning tasks, and child development principles. Much of the schedule involves direct simulation where candidates practice managing nursery and primary classroom scenarios.

• Daily lesson plan preparation
• Early childhood development theory
• Hands-on classroom teaching simulations

Practical learning structure

Instruction emphasizes real instructional materials over passive lectures. Candidates spend considerable time designing age-appropriate activities, testing blackboard presentation techniques, and organizing basic learning aids. Batches remain manageable so instructors can check individual lesson drafts directly. Anyone planning to attend needs to confirm current session timetables before visiting the Edappally facility.
