Learning routine footwork and rhythm

Classes run in groups where instructors demonstrate steps slowly before picking up speed. You learn basic balance and coordination without rushing through combinations.

• Practice basic floor routines
• Coordinate step patterns with timing
• Exercise during morning and evening batches

Building daily fitness through movement

Regular sessions keep you active through guided drills that target stamina, posture, and simple body balance. Our regular movement sessions help beginners get comfortable on the floor without any prior background.
