About New City Opticals
Blurry vision or bent spectacle frames? We handle lens fittings, eye checkups, and quick frame repairs daily.
Spectacle Fitting and Testing
Prescription power changes need careful centering. An incorrect focal point causes headaches, so we verify frame alignment against pupil distance directly before cutting lenses.
- Single vision and bifocal lens fitting
- Power verification for old glasses
- Frame realignments, nose pad replacements, and minor screw fixes
Daily Workshop Notes
Walk-ins work fine for vision tests and basic optical repairs, though intricate rimless mountings take extra time to settle properly. Bring along your older prescription slip if you have it. That saves testing time.
