My Dance Station - Dance Studio

Drilling foundation and form

Training starts with counts, posture, and clean footwork rather than rushed stage routines. We break movements into smaller drills before combining them to build steady rhythm, muscle memory, and proper balance over time.

Preparing for studio sessions

Wear loose cotton clothing and carry clean indoor footwear to keep the wooden surface intact. Arriving ten minutes early gives you time to warm up joints and stretch.

Organising class practicalities

• Call ahead before arriving for fresh admissions
• Bring a personal water bottle
• Group batches follow fixed weekly schedules

Daily studio routines focus on structured practice sessions that develop stamina without putting unnecessary strain on your joints. Consistency matters most.
