Practising on the mat

Morning and evening batches give local residents space to work through basic asanas, mobility stretches, and guided breathwork without rush.

• Floor mats spaced out for daily postures
• Small group batches for guided attention
• Simple warm-up routines before intense holds

Dropping in for practice

Instructors demonstrate each movement directly on the floor, while people who step into the studio after long workdays find enough unhurried time to reset their stiff backs and tight hamstrings through steady movements.

Setting up your schedule

Direct phone coordination helps newcomers find the right batch before showing up in loose clothing ready to practise consistent physical movement.
