Bhartiya Kala Sangam

Practical dance instruction

Training focuses on rhythm discipline and fundamental body alignment across traditional and popular routines.

• Footwork timing exercises
• Classical mudra practice
• Folk movement coordination
• Group choreography sequences

Class work remains strictly physical. Students spend most of the session repeating patterns on the practice floor until steps set firmly into muscle memory.

Batch routine notes

Comfortable cotton wear works best on the floor. Barefoot floor work is regular practice during step routines. Bring water bottles along, since breaks between dance sets are short. Arrive ten minutes before your slot begins.
