Booking and Venue Logistics

Securing the space involves direct coordination with the administration. Since the facility sits inside an active school campus, organizers must align their event schedules with the daily operations of the institution. This ensures that the venue remains prepared for your arrival. Parking arrangements and entry protocols are handled at the point of booking, so please clarify these details during your initial conversation with the office staff.
