Joining the dance workouts

Daily routines follow straightforward Latin dance beats mixed with basic aerobic footwork. You do not need previous dance practice to keep step with the group, though initial sessions will test your stamina.

• Footwork practice for daily cardio
• Group rhythm routines set to music
• Core and bodyweight conditioning blocks

Dropping by the studio

Space stays simple and functional for movement. We keep slots organized across the morning and evening so people can balance work timings with their workouts. Direct phone contact works best for checking current batch availability.

Picking up the routine

Regular attendance makes the steps familiar within a week. Consistent movement beats intensity, especially when building regular workout habits after long breaks. Wear standard trainers and carry drinking water.
