Batch preparation and counter service

Oil temperatures and syrup densities dictate how long each savory lot stays crisp, so fryers run in fixed cycles throughout regular service hours across both mornings and evenings. We package orders over the glass counter by weight. Customers can request freshly weighed parcels directly for domestic storage or family gatherings. Staff handles boxing directly as you pick items.
